Dental Fillings
Dental fillings or simply “fillings” in our office are made of the latest composite materials (white fillings) and techniques.
Aesthetically far more acceptable, these biocompatible composite materials, with their outstandingly mimicked tooth color are chemically and mechanically bound to the tooth to give a far more durable and improved result than the former amalgam restorations (black filling).
The method that consists of composite filling is considerably more sensitive than amalgam and requires patience, time, and skilled dentists.
Composite materials are used for:
Small and medium fillings
Replacements of worn-out amalgam fillings
Restoration of cracked teeth
Tooth shape corrections
Tooth coloring corrections
